Your relationship to the RouteConverter service

The RouteConverter service (hereinafter "the service") offers content on a non-commercial basis, free of charge. By using the service you accept these Terms of Usage as a legally binding agreement between you and Christian Pesch (hereinafter "the operator") regarding the use of the service. The terms apply to every user of the service, including users who contribute content to it.

Adoption of the terms

In order to use the service, you must first agree to the terms. You may not use the service if you do not accept the terms. You accept the terms simply by using the service. You acknowledge and agree that the operator treats the terms as accepted from the time the service is first used.

Modification of the terms

The operator may change the terms from time to time. When that happens, the operator will publish a new copy of the terms at https://www.routeconverter.com/terms.

You should regularly check the terms for changes.

User accounts

In order to access some features, you must subscribe to the service and set up a user account. When you set up your user account, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is important that you keep the password to your account secure and confidential.

You agree:

1. to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user account (both towards the operator and towards third parties).
2. not to use the service for any commercial purposes.

Responsibility for content

Each user

1. is solely responsible for the content they contribute.
2. warrants that they hold all the necessary rights to publish the content. This explicitly includes patents, copyrights and trademarks.
3. grants the operator an unrestricted right — in scope, duration, and content — to use the contributed content.

Disclaimer

The operator is not responsible for content contributed and published through the service. The operator especially rejects any liability for that content, or for any damages arising from its retrieval, access, use or application. Retrieval and use of such content is at the user's own risk.

The operator is not liable for the accuracy, quality or completeness of user-contributed content. The publication of user-contributed content is not an expression of opinion or advice from the operator; in particular, the operator does not endorse such content.
