• fixes a bug when rendering offline maps with hill shading
• fixes a bug where editing dates used UTC while the display was in the local timezone
• fixes a bug in the time column for routes that reset to 0 after more than 24 hours
• fixes a bug when writing CSV files with alternative column header names where the values written were inconsistent
