Since RouteConverter 2.2 I'm using git and the source code including the 
version history since december 2008 is available on github:

https://github.com/cpesch/RouteConverter

Use this command to clone the source code:

> git clone git://github.com/cpesch/RouteConverter.git

If you'd like to propose changes. please use the pull requests from github. 
Alternatively you could create an issue to describe problems.
